How will I know that my order has been received by the Essentia Rack Portal and is being processed?

You will then receive an email confirming the order.

Orders usually go out within 24 hrs.

 

What happens when an item is out of stock?

For some of our products, we offer the ability to place a backorder. An item being on backorder means the item was not in stock at the time of order.

We will call out backorder items during the order process, so you will always know in advance if an item will be a backorder shipment.

If your order included both in-stock items and backorder products, you could expect to receive your in-stock items first. Each portion of your order will ship as soon as the items are ready. We will not hold your entire order, only the backorder portion goes “On-hold”.

You can check “Order updates” for tracking information.

Once all items have shipped the order will be marked as “Completed”.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

An order can be cancelled, as long as it hasn’t shipped out yet.

Our site has been built at or above current security standards and is monitored for suspicious activity in realtime. Additionally, the site is SSL (also known as https) which encrypts all data prior to tranmission between your browser and the website to prevent interception. Our technology partner’s infrastructure hosts over 1000 media and 200 business sites. Security is very important to the operation and is always kept at or above industry standards.
